Upon contacting this company, I received an instantaneous reply from Jomon Thomas who arranged to attend our apartment at my soonest convenience. Jomon was extremely professional, he understood my requirements and showcased a range of fabric options to suit my budget. The sheers were installed only a few days later, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Jomon also identified an issue with our pre-exisiting curtains and offered to replace the rods, so these curtains also close properly now.
